Campus Tours - Throughout July
Get to know Leeds Beckett University

We're delighted to announce that campus tours are now available on a first come, first served basis.

Due to the impact of COVID-19 we have not been able to run on-campus events until now. We know many applicants and prospective students are keen to get a sense of the campus they plan to study at. We are therefore beginning to offer campus tours led by a current Leeds Beckett student. Please note that although the legal requirement for social distancing has now been removed in the majority of settings, we are still maintaining social distancing across our campuses through to the end of August. This is to ensure a safe environment for our staff, students and visitors. Guests on campus tours will therefore be asked to still maintain a distance of 2m from our staff/students whilst on the tour, and wear a face covering (unless exempt) at all times when inside our buildings.

There are still some limitations to what we can and cannot show you on campus, you can find further details below.

If you live in an area where the government has advised against non-essential travel, please do not attend a booked campus tour. Contact us on and we will be happy to arrange a new tour for you when government COVID-19 advice changes.

What to expect

Tours are run in individual bookable slots, with one applicant / prospective student per tour (plus up to two guests from the same household). You can view available dates/times on the booking form below.

We’re looking forward to showing you as many of our buildings and facilities as possible. However, please note that there are a few things we won’t be able to show you on the day:

  • Accommodation – unfortunately, as our students are still in residence, we will not be able to show you inside student accommodation as part of the campus tour. You can find details of all our halls of residence on the accommodation website, including virtual tours and contact details for our accommodation team if you have any further questions.
  • Specialist learning facilities – please note that our campus tours are not course-specific. Whilst we’ll show you as many facilities as we can, please bear mind that to keep our learning facilities Covid 19-secure, we’ve had to introduce number limits on how many people are allowed in certain facilities at once. Unfortunately, this means that we won’t always be able to show you all the specialist learning facilities for your course.
  • Specific buildings – due to the current nature of teaching on campus, some of our buildings remain closed on certain days, so whilst we’ll show you as much as we can, we might not be able to show you all the buildings you’d like to see on the day of your visit.
