Information for applicants joining us in September 2021
We aim to ensure you experience Leeds Beckett University, our courses, campuses, facilities and services in-person, and to the full extent possible.
We also have a duty to create an environment where students and staff feel will continue to follow guidance from Public Health England and the Department of Education to stay up to date with, and act on, new information as it emerges.
Studies in the 2021/22 academic year will predominantly be a mix of in-person, on-campus activities and classes, recorded video content and other online and digital materials. This is designed to maximise learning on a course-by-course level, as well as supporting more vulnerable learners.
Lectures will be delivered either in-person and on campus, or delivered online, depending on your course. Where possible and suitable, online lectures will be recorded for continued use.
Our teaching and learning model been designed to be flexible while prioritising students’ outcomes and experiences. In the event of regulations changing, we will respond accordingly.
